Boot scooters are great for people who require the scooter to come apart for transportation or storage. They are simple to disassemble but require a little practice so follow these simple steps to help guide you through it.

Step 1

Flip the top of the seat down flat (you can remove the arms at this point as well but often it is easier to keep them on). Under the seat, pull up the seat swirl lever and at the same time lift the seat up. You may need to give it a bit of the wiggle to allow the lever to find a grove to let it slide through.

Step 2

Once the seat is off, the next step is to remove the battery pack. Simple just get a firm grip of the handle on top and lift off.

Step 3

To remove the motor section from the main body, lift the lever above the motor section and keep lifting up and the main body section should pull away.

Step 4

Remove the basket by lifting it up off the bracket. To lower the tiller, undo the knob at the base and lift it down until the handles are down and tighten the knob again to hold it in place.

Step 5

There you have it, the Go Go in sections for transportation or storage.

Reverse Order

To put the scooter together again it is just a case of following the steps but in the reverse order. The only difference is when you add the motor section to the main section. To do this lift the main section so that the two brackets at the back, slide onto the pole section on the motor and use the seat post to push down until it clicks into position.
